Boyle Awarded Prestigious RCPI Fellowship

Dublin, Saturday 22 October, 2016 – Today Professor Peter Boyle was conferred with Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland at the St. Luke’s Fellowship Admission Ceremony where Honorary Fellows and fellows elect are admitted.

The RCPI, founded in 1654, is a postgraduate medical training college dedicated to ensuring that doctors have the skills to provide patients with the best possible care. While their role in society has undergone profound changes since its foundation in 1654, it remains first and foremost a college – dedicated to the education and training of doctors. RCPI is committed to helping doctors enhance their skills, competencies and professionalism throughout their working lives. RCPI offers training programmes, examinations, diplomas and educational courses to equip doctors with the skills and knowledge they need to care for patients and run safe and efficient healthcare systems.
